We are committed to your gardening success and strive to be your preferred nursery. In living our commitment to Gardening without Guesswork we guarantee all of outdoor trees and shrubs for life.
Excludes - Annuals, Clearance, Garden Pro Purchases, Perennials, Sod, Houseplants, Holiday plants and plants not properly watered.
- All returned trees and shrubs must be accompanied by original receipt.
- A cash or credit card refund will only be issued for product in the same manner it was purchased.
- Dead trees and shrubs will be replaced with the same product purchased or a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount paid.
- Lifetime Guarantee is non-transferable with change of home ownership.
Return Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt and completed within 90 days of purchase.
- A refund will only be issued for product in the same manner it was purchased. Cash purchases over $50 will be refunded by check request.
- Dead plant material cannot be exchanged or refunded. Unless covered by the Lifetime Guarantee on trees and shrubs.
- An exchange, store credit, or merchandise return will be issued only for the amount paid at the time of original purchase. Cash refunds over $50 will be issued by check.
Free Delivery
Receive free doorstep delivery with a purchase of $1,000 or more to anywhere within a seven-mile radius of your neighborhood Armstrong Garden Center. If your purchase is under $1,000, we'll deliver it starting at $30. (Excludes fountains and statuary)

Purchasing a fountain or statue? No problem. We can arrange for the delivery and set-up of fountains. Pricing varies by size and weight.

Short on time? Have our experts plant the perfect container garden for you. Pick a pot, soil and plant assortment and we'll do the rest! Price varies depend on the size of the pot.
Special Orders
We specialize in ordering those hard-to-find plants and items that may not be in stock. If it's available, we'll find it for you. Visit your local Armstrong Garden Centers to place a special order.
Price Matching
Price matching is limited to www.armstronggarden.com and www.shop.armstronggarden.com at the time of purchase in-store. If you find a product that's in stock at your neighborhood Armstrong Garden Centers for a lower price on our website, we'll match the price as long as the identical product is in stock at your neighborhood store.
