Leverage Your Marketing Talents: Get your hands dirty across all marketing channels: digital, video, radio, email, social media, public relations, customer loyalty, POP and more
Tell the Story: the story of why and how plants were chosen; the story about how the plants were locally grown by us. Help us tell the story about how we've been your neighborhood plant experts for the last 130 years and will be for decades to com.
Creativity & Analytics Meet: Combine your creative and analytical talents to create compelling marketing that produces results.
Lead a Team: Looking to inspire others, motivate them to be their best and produce results…here's your opportunity.
No Silos Here: Collaborate with some of the most skilled horticulturists in all facets of business from buying, operations, human resources to training with decades of industry experience.
What good looks like in this position
- Broad understanding and experience in B2C marketing initiatives and programs.
- Analytical skills to ensure that each initiative achieves its desired results.
- Creative abilities in program design, event planning and digital media.
- Exceptional leadership to drive results through a team.

- An appreciation for gardening and eagerness to continue to learn more about horticulture.

Physical Environment/Working Conditions
Can requires extensive use of back, legs, knees, arms, feet and hands for lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching overhead, and walking. Unassisted lifting limits up to 50 lbs. Individuals may be required to do any or all of these situations throughout the work day, with an emphasis on walking and standing for a major portion of the day.
