- Status: Full Time / Hourly
- Reporting Relationships: Director of Sales
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Weekends as needed.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive
communication and follow-up
- Provide
exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal communication
channels
- Process
customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist
customers with product availability, pricing, scheduling, and issue
resolution
- Coordinate
with sales, production, shipping, and operations teams to ensure customer
satisfaction
- Support
sales growth through account management and customer retention efforts
- Maintain
accurate customer records, order details, and communication notes
- Prepare
and manage spreadsheets, reports, and sales data using Microsoft Excel
- Identify
opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Handle
customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner
Skillsets Needed to be successful in this position
- Strong
follow-through and problem-solving abilities
- Ability
to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal
teams
- Self-motivated
with a proactive approach to customer support
- Comfortable
working collaboratively across departments
Education, Prior Work Experience and Specialized Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum
of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service required
- Strong
customer service mindset with excellent phone and interpersonal
communication skills
- Proven
ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively
- Strong
Microsoft Excel skills required (test will be given)
- Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability
to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional,
positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Horticulture,
nursery, or agricultural industry experience preferred
- Experience
working with order entry or ERP systems is a plus
- 10%
travel may be asked
