- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

We are seeking a qualified and eager candidate to fill the position of Accounting Administrative Assistant. This position requires attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills and most importantly, flexibility in order to adapt to the fast-paced environment.
What good looks like in this position
- Previous Activant/Epicor experience - Preferred
- Strong computer skills - Excel and Outlook
Key Job Functions

Opening and sorting mail and store purchase orders

Matching invoices with related purchase orders

Sorting and mailing customer invoices

Manages filing process for accounting paperwork

Works with Accounting Department, Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer on related tasks and projects
Compensation
Hourly rate: will commensurate with experience

Physical Environment/Working Conditions
Can requires extensive use of back, legs, knees, arms, feet and hands for lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching overhead, and walking. Unassisted lifting limits up to 50 lbs. Individuals may be required to do any or all of these situations throughout the work day, with an emphasis on walking and standing for a major portion of the day.
