I have been here a couple of times and it was love at first sight. The staff is down to earth and well informed/helpful and you can find so much variety here. Just this last week I found Carolina reaper pepper plants and ghost pepper plants (my hubby really wants to play with these ). A couple of weeks ago I picked up a thing of cucumbers and when I went to transplant them into my garden the smell was just heavenly! The richest, cleanest scent of cucumbers came from the roots...now they are double the size and I just can't wait until harvestKortney S.
Armstrong is a wonderful nursery! Every attendant seems very knowledgeable and they have always been able to help me through my difficult plant situations, such as helping me get rid of mealybug and how frequently to water my indoor peace lily. I have purchased several plants here and they are always very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!Natalie M.
The staff is very helpful in explaining what to do, with me being a novice gardener. And they have an awesome lifetime guarantee on trees and shrubs! How could it get any better than that!
They were also very helpful assisting me with loading the plants I purchased into my sedan with plastic sheeting they supplied to protect the interior of my sedan.
I would highly recommend Armstrong to anyone who's looking for plans & provisions.Wesley S.
This place is my go to spot for all the plans, soils, pots, trees, and even pumpkins during Halloween! The service there is amazing; everyone knows their stuff! I had a problem with grasshoppers eating my vines and they showed me the best solution that was not harmful to the plants or the grasshoppers but it made them go away almost instantly. They have knowledgeable people working there that can tell you what plants/trees to grow in specific locations. Thanks Armstrong!Breanne M.
