- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to fill the position of accounts payable clerk. This position requires attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills, and most importantly, flexibility in order to adapt to the fast-paced retail accounting environment.
What good looks like in this position
- Previous accounts payable experience - Required
- Previous Activant/Epicor experience - Preferred
- Monthly and Annual accrual processing - Required
- Strong computer skills - Excel and Outlook
Key Job Functions
- Receives, matches, and processes purchase orders and related invoices
- Tracks, monitors, and maintains accounts payable disbursement reports
- Addresses vendor and departmental inquiries regarding payment status
- Reviews and analyzes month-end accrual listing for all open purchase orders and invoices
- Works with Accounting Department, Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer on related tasks and projects
Compensation
Hourly rate: will commensurate with experience

Physical Environment/Working Conditions
Can requires extensive use of back, legs, knees, arms, feet and hands for lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching overhead, and walking. Unassisted lifting limits up to 50 lbs. Individuals may be required to do any or all of these situations throughout the work day, with an emphasis on walking and standing for a major portion of the day.
