Flower Carpet® Scarlet Groundcover Rose

Easy care groundcover shrub that produces masses of brilliant, scarlet red flowers spring through fall. Flowers up to 10 months in warmer climates. Glossy, dark green foliage is resistant to mildew and black spot. Ideal in borders, pots, and hanging baskets. Deciduous.

Water regularly to establish an extensive root system. Protect from extreme cold over first winter. As a groundcover, space plants 3 ft. apart. Feed with a timed-release rose food. Prune to shape in early spring - no fancy pruning is necessary.
