Armstrong’s is terrific! Wonderful selection of plants and all gardening supplies and accessories! I really enjoyed my visits there (bought lots more than I expected) and your employees were most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful! [Only one tiny disappointment to me (a non-expert gardener): some plants are not individually tagged or labeled with “care instructions” – a sign above them only, but I can’t take it home with me!] Nevertheless, I won’t buy gardening materials anywhere else!!! – Claire S.

He educated me and I’ve been able to successfully grow plants I ruined before. He is kind and patient with seniors like me. I’m happy when he is working when I visit. Welcome to Armstrong Garden Centers, Glendale
I’ve been with Armstrong for over two years now and have been a hobby gardener for 18 years. I love themed gardens. It is very satisfying to see plants grouped together in a beautiful and well thought out way. I love edible gardens, Asian gardens, English and French gardens, Mediterranean landscapes, desert landscapes, orchards. I like gardens with a sense of purpose, designed for people to enjoy in whatever way they desire. The people and the plants are the best parts of this job. I have the unique and fantastic job of connecting people with the plants they need, want, or just have to have. I never have a bad day at work, and there are always new challenges to keep things interesting. We live in Southern California where we enjoy the best climate in the world; Mediterranean. I love to spend time outdoors in the pool or at the beach, or barbequing and enjoying outdoor living spaces with friends and family. We are here to serve you and look forward to meeting you in person in Glendale!
