One of the easiest to grow Aloes, Blue Elf is a tight clumping aloe with narrow upright gray-blue leaves that contrast well with its pretty spikes of orange flowers that attract hummingbirds. Useful in containers or mas plantings, this great long-blooming Aloe hybrid originated in South Africa. Also known as California Aloe, it blooms from early winter to early spring. Prefers full sun and only occasional watering. Will reach one to two feet tall and wide.
